Thank you for your purchase from Kontainer King. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If not, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit under the terms below.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact support@kontainerking.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the item securely with proof of purchase.
Ship to: Kontainer King, Attn: Returns, [Company Address], United States.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
